Greenfield Development Manager

The Greenfield Development Manager advances Luck Companies' growth strategy by leading the technical evaluation and development of prioritized Greenfield opportunities. Reporting to the Director, Greenfield and Community Development, this role brings internal partners and external consultants together to move projects from site evaluation through due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, and development readiness.

The manager turns complex technical findings into clear recommendations, practical plans, and disciplined project execution that support sound investment decisions and long-term operating success.
