Sangre de Cristo Community Care is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing Home Health team in Pueblo.

You'll provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence where it matters most. We are now offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus! Requirements

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an associate degree Current Colorado PTA license or eligibility for Colorado licensure Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Previous PTA experience preferred Home Health experience is a plus, but candidates with transferable therapy experience are encouraged to apply Flexibility to assist with weekend coverage when needed
