Breakfast Attendant

Position Summary

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast hours. This role ensures the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, organized, and welcoming while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service. Greet guests and provide courteous, professional service. Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and other supplies as needed. Monitor food presentation, temperature, and freshness. Keep tables, counters, floors, and breakfast equipment clean and organized. Clear and clean tables promptly.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures. Assist guests with questions about menu items and hotel services. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Properly store food and supplies after breakfast service. Follow opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
