Within the Retail Department in Brussels, you will assist the In-Store Team.

Key Responsibilities

RETAIL VISIBILITY (PRESTIGE & NICHE)

• Contribute to the development of materials supporting retail incentives and in-store activations.
• Coordinate the implementation of retail visibility initiatives for new product launches.
• Support the maintenance and follow-up of permanent retail installations across the Benelux.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to brand guidelines, timelines and operational requirements.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of retail KPI dashboards.
• Monitor competitors, retail trends and best practices to identify opportunities and support continuous improvement Your Profile :
• Experience: A first experience in Merchandising or in Marketing
• Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing
• Languages: French and English required, Dutch is a plus
• Skills: You have an interest in the luxury, fragrance and beauty industry. You are creative, organized and detail-oriented, with a hands-on and proactive mindset. You have strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
