Job Summary

The Automotive Sales Associate at Shively Motors in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers
• Conduct test drives and accurately present vehicle options
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a professional manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge, financing options, and promotions
• Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork and data entry
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of vehicles and their features
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Proficient in using technology and software systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
