Position Overview

The Concrete Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various job sites. This role requires operating technology-assisted delivery systems , maintaining equipment, and professionally representing River City Ready Mix in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites. Utilize the onboard delivery system technology for efficient and accurate deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment . Professionally represent River City Ready Mix when interacting with customers and job site personnel.

Job Requirements: Flexible and dependable availability – Primarily Monday through Friday , with some Saturdays and occasional nighttime work required. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, senior leaders, and on-site customers. Reliable attendance and punctuality – Early morning start times required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math .

Prior concrete industry experience preferred. Prior mechanical understanding and proficiency preferred. Applicant Requirements: Valid Class A or B CDL license . Valid email address for communication. Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial driving experience . No serious citations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
