This is a remote position. Mission FED95 is currently hiring for an experienced Management Analyst to fully support our Government client Program Manager, Warfare-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology (PMW-200 Aviation Log IT) at NAS Patuxent River, MD. PMW-200 Aviation Log IT has the overall responsibility to research, develop, analyze, and evaluate solutions in order to implement and deploy the best web enabled system that will automatically deliver updated technical, supply, and maintenance information to joint forces throughout the DoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings. Summary/Objective: FED95 is currently hiring for an experienced expert with Microsoft Excel to fully support our Gove rnment client , Program Manager, Warfare -200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology (PMW-200 Aviation Log IT), that is headquartered at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The highly qualified candidate will be able to work remotely, with minimal travel required .
Position Summary
PMW-200 Aviation Log IT manages a portfolio of acquisition programs of record that delivers logistics IT solutions for the Department of the Navy and Joint Forces throughout DoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings . FED95 is currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel expert to support their Business Office and executive leadership with managerial and financial analysis and presentation s for PMW-200 Log IT.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining Financial Reports utilizing Microsoft Excel Review, prepare and coordinate a variety of high-quality charts, reports, memorandums, emails, and other documents for signature or collaboration. Assist with special projects and provide administrative services and logistical support for office-sponsored workshops, conferences, and symposiums, when necessary.
Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual including document control. Perform various Share Point Online tasks including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and people, and setting permissions Develop and maintain task tracking systems to keep track of tasks assigned.
Utilize and maintain databases and information systems. Review and reconcile data. Generate reports from various informational databases using standard parameters or special queries as required. Provide data entry for startup or closeout information on projects. Perform review of technical analysis and research for the development and maintenance of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for the IT products and services ultimately delivered to the warfighter for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: United States Citizenship Bachelor’s degree Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Expert in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel Advanced Formulas & Functions Mastery of complex functions like INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas.
Understanding of dynamic arrays and structured references. Ability to build multi-step calculations, conditional logic, and error handling Data Modeling & Analysis Creating and managing Pivot. Tables and Pivot. Charts for summarizing and visualizing large datasets. Using Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
Applying Power Pivot for relational data modeling and DAX functions Dynamic Dashboards & Visualization Building interactive dashboards with slicers, timelines, and dynamic filters. Using charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting to tell data stories. Ensuring dashboards update automatically with new data Strategic & Business Skills Problem-Solving & Efficiency Identifying inefficiencies in processes and designing Excel solutions to streamline them.
Optimizing formulas and layouts for speed and accuracy. Using Excel to support decision-making at all levels of an organization Collaboration & Communication Sharing and protecting workbooks effectively (permissions, sharing options). Explaining complex Excel models and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders. Documenting processes and formulas for team use.
Staying updated with Excel features (e.g., new functions, Power Query enhancements). Experimenting with advanced techniques like Power Automate, Power BI integration, and AI-assisted Excel tools. Ability to quickly adapt focus , adjust schedule and problem solve to meet evolving work demands and needs of supervisor and other stakeholders.
Highly resourceful team-player , with the ability to also work independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary.
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience working with the Department of Defense Using Artificial Intelligence (Ai) for data analysis and presentation Project Management experience Master’s Degree in the field of business Secret clearance Physical Requirements: While remote, this position operates in a professional office environment .
