Job description

Eligibility Criteria for Applying: A law degree from a well-recognized University, and enrollment with the Bar Council. Minimum of 7 [Seven] years of PQE exclusively in domestic and international M&A Transactions and Contracts Leadership experience in complex, high-stakes transactions Excellent drafting, legal analysis, verbal and written communication skills.

The capability to handle work independently. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments. Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage and get the best out of teams.

Requirements

  1. M&A Transactions and Contracts: Minimum of 7 [Seven] years of PQE exclusively in domestic and international M&A Transactions and Contracts.
