Retail Sales Manager (Forex)

Reporting Line: Reports directly to Country Manager Location: Onsite-Mexico Office Requirements A Retail Sales Manager – Forex will handle and convert company-provided leads into successful sales. The role involves engaging clients, recommending suitable forex products, and achieving monthly revenue targets. You will ensure excellent customer service while maintaining strong follow-ups to maximize conversions.

The position also requires adherence to requirements and coordination with operations. Ideal candidates have strong sales skills and experience in forex or related industries. Key Competences: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability. In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings.
