Job Title: Radiology/ CT Tech Department/Location: Radiology / Hinsdale Shifts: Various shift Full-time : (72 hours per pay period) + benefit eligible FTE: 0.9 Req. Number: 1806 Compensation : Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy.
Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.

Referral Rewards (upwards of $4k) Employee Fitness Room Free Parking RML Specialty Hospital is seeking a Radiology/CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position performs general radiology and CT procedures while providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for prioritizing and completing scheduled and emergent procedures, obtaining high-quality diagnostic images, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing safe, compassionate patient care. The Radiology/CT Technologist works collaboratively with the Lead Technologists, Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Radiologists, nursing staff, and other hospital departments to ensure efficient department operations and a positive patient experience. The technologist may also assist with special procedures, EKG testing, quality assurance activities, regulatory surveys, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic Radiology and CT examinations and produce high-quality images. Prepare, position, and transport patients as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and procedure charges. Operate and maintain imaging equipment and report equipment concerns. Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and hospital policies.
Assist with special procedures, EKGs, quality assurance, and regulatory surveys as needed. Collaborate with Radiologists, nursing staff, technologists, and other healthcare team members. Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations. Maintain flexibility to work additional hours, different shifts, and between RML campuses as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current IEMA licensure required. Current CPR certification required. Experience performing general radiography and CT procedures. Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Hospital or acute-care experience. Experience with special procedures and/or additional imaging modalities. Experience with Meditech or a similar healthcare information system.
