Pay & Benefits Earn up to $67,000–$72,000 which includes $21.16/hr, increasing to $22.87/hr after 90 days, production bonus, 354 hrs of annual overtime, and shift premiums Day-one Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage 401(k) with 100% match up to 6% Paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and career development What You'll Do Operate forklifts, saws, cranes, and conveyors Cut and prepare steel to customer specifications Perform quality inspections and safety checks Maintain a clean, organized work area Work as part of a safety-focused team What You'll Need 1–3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience Forklift and/or crane experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to pass entrance and fit-for-duty exams Ability to work a 12 hr rotating schedule - work 14 days out of 28!
