Loan Service Clerk

Description Provides clerical assistance to the loan operations department.

Requirements

Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system. Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system. Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system. Maintain and track loan collateral. Reviews and processes loan advances. Reviews, processes, and tracks insurance cancellations.

Process paid off loans, as needed. Balance internal accounts, as needed. Process loan and credit card payments, as needed. Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed. Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed. Updated 07/29/26 EOE
