Perform invasive procedures including central line placement, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion, and bronchoscopy with BAL. Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues, including hemodynamic monitoring with PA catheter. Conduct daily rounds on unassigned patients, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and respond to rapid response calls.

Provide nighttime ICU coverage, including admissions, diagnostic/therapeutic taps, and lumbar punctures.
