Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories. Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in coordination with legal. Analyze spending and cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement process improvements. Coach and review work of more junior procurement team members. Troubleshoot and resolve supply issues.
