We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: PRN Pay Range: $40 - 44 per hour What You�ll Do As an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, you�ll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive. You�ll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness education�helping create a healthier workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Injury Prevention & Management Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes. Ergonomic Assessments Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team. Employee Education Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety.

Health & Wellness Promotion Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home. First Aid Injury Care Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.
