Job Title Senior Sales Representative Summary of the Role As Senior Sales Representative, you’ll focus on growing sales revenue and meeting business goals collaboratively. You’ll represent Amadeus Hospitality in Japan and South Korea , develop strategies for sustainable growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
This role covers new and renewal sales for all Amadeus Hospitality products in the region. Your Main Responsibilities Represent Amadeus Hospitality in Japan and build trusted relationships with industry organizations. Develop and apply strategies to meet monthly and annual sales goals while ensuring long-term partnerships.
Coordinate industry events and seminars to share knowledge and strengthen connections. Manage sales opportunities using Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management system) and keep accurate records. Support collections processes when needed to ensure timely payments and smooth operations. About the Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales role within hospitality or travel. Good understanding of the hotel and travel distribution industry. Effective negotiation and communication skills with a focus on building trust. Proficient in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
