What You'll Do

As a Local Coordinator, you will serve as the primary support person for international students, host families, and schools within your community.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and screen host families for international high school students Build relationships with local schools and community organizations Match students with suitable host families Provide ongoing support to students and host families throughout the program Act as an advocate and mediator when concerns arise Conduct regular check-ins with students, host families, and schools Complete monthly progress reports and required documentation Participate in community outreach and host family recruitment initiatives Promote cultural exchange opportunities within your local area What We're Looking For Qualifications Seeking a flexible, work-from-home opportunity Enjoys community involvement and relationship building Passionate about supporting students and educational programs Comfortable networking and recruiting within the local community Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Experience Volunteer management Community outreach Education Student services Social work Nonprofit organizations Recruitment or sales Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Passion for helping others and making a difference in students' lives Requirements Must reside in the United States Valid Driver's License required Reliable transportation for occasional local visits Ability to work independently and maintain regular communication Previous sales or recruiting experience preferred Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
