Open Positions: Part time and/or PRN 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am Full Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am At Red Cliffs Post Acute , we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with. Successful Candidates: Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado CPR certification Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!
