POSITION DESCRIPTION The Operations Manager oversees daily production processes associated operations. This position requires strong people management skills and ability to communicate across multiple organizational boundaries and disciplines. Management of up to 100 personnel on multiple shifts is required. They will serve as a back up to the Operations Director and/or Vice President.
Operations Managers will assist in training for new cell managers and/or opening new direct labor positions as needed. This position requires previous experience as a Cell Man
