We’re growing and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our expanding Civil Litigation Department. We handle a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes.

Compensation

& Benefits We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, client base, and productivity- ranging from $115,000 to $150,000- as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Life Insurance 401(k) with employer matching Generous PTO and paid holidays Requirements What We’re Looking For An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment.

Ideal candidates will bring: 3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia. A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills. Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts. Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
