Utility Purchasing Manager

Administer and enforce a centralized purchasing program for procurement of supplies, fleet, equipment, and services by the Department of Water Resources; Monitor and oversee Water Resource’s warehouse inventory; ensure compliance with City's policies and procedures as it relates to purchases - while coordinating efforts with the Finance & Administration Division Manager.

Supervise and oversee Purchasing and warehouse personnel.
