Opening General Manager - AC Hotel by Marriott

Opening General Manager | AC Hotel by Marriott | Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Level5 Hospitality is seeking an Opening General Manager for the new AC Hotel by Marriott in downtown Coeur d'Alene, scheduled to open in Q2 2027. The hotel will feature a main-level bar that serves as AC Kitchen in the morning and AC Lounge in the evening, along with a rooftop bar and patio and flexible meeting space.

The General Manager will lead the property from pre-opening through stabilization, with full responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team development, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of General Manager experience in an upscale or lifestyle hotel
• Marriott brand experience preferred; premium upscale or lifestyle brand experience required
• Hotel opening or pre-opening experience strongly preferred
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
• Food and beverage operations experience, including bar and lounge management
• Working knowledge of revenue management, sales strategy, and Marriott systems
• A proven record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
• Ability to reside in or relocate to the Coeur d'Alene area
