Regional Director of Operations

Savant senior Living is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to join our awesome team!

Education and experience

Multi-site experience is a must. RCFE Administrator Certificate required. Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience working in an RCFE in an operations role. Must obtain a background clearance before starting. Essential Job Duties Makes sure that communities meet and exceed budgeted occupancy for each assigned community.

Responsible for the training, coaching and evaluation of Executive Directors Evaluates financial reports. Works effectively with all community, regional and corporate staff Evaluates performance and promptly acts to address deficiencies to meet company goals. Responsible for making sure that the communities deliver the highest standard of service in all areas.

Communicates effectively and professionally with residents, families, and staff members Highly proficient in conflict resolution Adhere to and direct community and team leaders to follow established policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
