- Richmond, VA About Us KNR Therapy provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families. We believe great outcomes come from strong clinical relationships, so we’re building a practice where BCBAs have the flexibility to work the way they do their best work. That can mean supervising a team of RBTs, working directly with clients, or a mix of both. Why This Role Is Different Many BCBA roles put you behind a desk managing a large caseload of RBTs. We offer more choice. Depending on your interests and strengths, you can: Lead a traditional supervision model: oversee RBTs who deliver direct services, and guide treatment through assessment, program development and supervision. Deliver services directly: spend your time hands-on with clients and families in a lower-hour, BCBA-delivered model. Do both: build a blended caseload that keeps you clinically connected while still mentoring and supervising. Schedule & Setting Options Full-time or part-time In-person (clinic, home and/or community), hybrid, or telehealth Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments Develop, implement and monitor individualized, measurable treatment plans Provide direct ABA services to clients (direct-service and blended roles) Supervise and train RBTs in line with BACB requirements (supervision and blended roles) Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools and other providers Analyze data and adjust programming to drive meaningful progress Complete documentation, treatment plan updates and authorization reports Uphold the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a behavior analyst in Georgia and/or Virginia (as applicable to your location) Compensation & Benefits Pay: [$60–$70 per hour / $95,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and role] Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays CEU stipend / paid CEUs Mileage reimbursement Retirement plan / 401(k) with match Flexible scheduling How to Apply Submit your resume and complete your application through Indeed or on our career portal.
