The company manages campaigns, tracks performance, and provides partners with transparent reporting and monthly revenue payouts. ✍ Short Description: We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day payment tracking and reconciliation activities related to digital marketing campaigns. This role will involve reviewing weekly and monthly campaign data, helping calculate amounts owed based on campaign performance, and comparing expected payments with actual deposits.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and online platforms, with the ability to learn new tools as needed. Work from anywhere. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Assist with reviewing weekly and monthly campaign performance data to help determine amounts owed. Access campaign tracking platforms to retrieve campaign performance and payment information. Help compare expected payments against actual deposits and payments received.

Flag discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts paid, and help track outstanding payments. Maintain organized and accurate records of payments, campaign data, and reconciliations. Support the preparation of recurring reports and summaries using financial and campaign data. Use spreadsheets to organize and track payment information and support basic data analysis.

Learn and use marketing campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE. 💡 Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related area. Some experience with reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting. Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing and tracking financial data.

Comfortable working with numbers and financial information with attention to accuracy. Ability to recognize discrepancies between expected and actual payments and help investigate differences. Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms. Basic technical aptitude; experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking platforms is a plus.
