$90,000–$110,000 annual salary for full-time work , based on experience and schedule Additional earning potential through performance bonuses Flexible days and hours, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities Vacation benefits Potential monthly stipend toward health coverage, to be discussed Established patient base and experienced clinical support Opportunity to help develop and grow our PT/rehab program Out-of-network practice with no in-network insurance participation or Medicare accepted What You’ll Do Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and recovery Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand our physical therapy services What We’re Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills A dependable, motivated, patient-focused approach Interest in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice Outpatient orthopedic or multidisciplinary rehabilitation experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome .
