Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of daily shore-based operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and maritime regulations. Monitor vessel movements and support port operations. Assist with cargo logistics and operational activities. Control, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and information.

Prepare and publish vessels’ coastal schedules. Receive, monitor, and verify vessel supply requests. Coordinate all logistics related to fuel (bunker) deliveries and other supplies required by the vessels. Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the operation, including port sub-agents, terminals, and vessels.

Follow up on operational demands and contribute to the achievement of operational targets and performance objectives. Identify, monitor, and resolve operational issues in an agile and proactive manner. Ensure accurate and timely communication among all stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficiency. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced English
