Part-Time Tractor Operator (Snow Removal) – Petrolia, ON

NOW HIRING: PART-TIME TRACTOR OPERATOR Location: Petrolia, Ontario Season: Winter 2026–2027 | Part-Time, Seasonal We are looking for an experienced and dependable Part-Time Tractor Operator to support our snow removal operations in the Petrolia area for the upcoming winter season. We are seeking someone who is comfortable operating heavy equipment, has basic mechanical knowledge, and can respond as needed during snowfall events.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a John Deere 5065E 4WD tractor equipped for snow removal. Clear parking lots, access roads, and designated areas safely and efficiently. Conduct routine equipment inspections before operation. Perform basic maintenance and minor mechanical repairs, including checking fluids, greasing, and replacing cutting edges.

Respond promptly to snow removal requirements during and after snowfall events.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating tractors, loaders, or similar heavy equipment. Snow removal experience is strongly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation. Dependable, safety-conscious, and available on short notice during winter weather events.
