In-House Job Fair 10/15/2026 and 10/22/2026

Event Description This posting is for an In-House Job Fair, where we will have open interviews for our Job Coach position, Job Coach II and Case Manager. Please make sure to attend in person on Thursday, October 15th and October 22nd, 2026. The pay for the Job Coach position is $21.50 - $22.15 per hour and may be subject to a $2.

00 shift differential after 6PM or Weekends. Job Coach II starts at $24.00 - $25.44 and has a varied schedule with 40 hours per week. Case manager starts at $25.50 - $27.03 and works a general schedule from 8:00- 4:30. This position will be supervising participants (clients) and transporting these participants to and from the job site.

The job is intended to mainly use an Oparc vehicle but will require the employee to maintain a personal vehicle that is registered, insured, and that can pass an inspection. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional qualifications). 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience, a valid California Driver License, and a clean driving record Compassion, empathy, and a desire to empower individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
