Job description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a range of asbestos surveys (Management, R&D) in line with HSG264 Collect bulk samples of suspected ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures Liaise with clients and provide clear, concise reporting Upload survey data using tablets/software systems (e.
g. TEAMS, Alpha Tracker, or similar) Maintain accurate records and assist in producing reports Requirements Requirements: BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification – essential Minimum 1 year’s experience in asbestos surveying Good understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and excellent written/reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage own workload Desirable: Experience with TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software CSCS card Additional asbestos qualifications (e.
g. P403, P404)
