Maintain proper and clean uniform at all times Arrive on time and follow attendance policies Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures Maintain correct food temperatures and storage conditions Assist cooks with food preparation and station setup Keep prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed Follow all side duties assigned by management Follow sanitation and safety standards Maintain a positive attitude and have fun Qualifications: Job Qualifications Basic English comprehension skills Ability to follow prep lists and instructions Knowledge of food safety practices (or willingness to learn) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred but not required Physical Demands & Work Environment Stand and work for extended periods (8+ hours) Lift and move items 25 lbs or more Work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment Maintain sanitation and food safety standards Safely use cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
