Business Solution Analyst

i. Soft. Stone, Inc. is seeking a Business Solution Analyst to Join our Team in Palo Alto, California! This is contract role which will be 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA **Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

** RESPONSIBILITIES: -Act as expert of Workday Financials modules of Business Assets, Data Conversion & Migration functional areas. -Understand Workday Security Configuration and Business Process. -Be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both leading and supporting roles. -Satisfy customers with state of art cloud solutions, and realize ideas, build services, and unlock the potential of new technology.

-Be collaborative, independent, insistent, flexible, and open minded. -Work at a very fast pace while being customer-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Five+ years of experience delivering large scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagements. -Experience with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches. -Experience with Workday PRISM Analytics and Accounting Center, and ability to build custom solutions using PRISM.

-Strong understanding of Workday Financials data model, including General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc. -Self-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfaction. -Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers.

-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams who are in global locations and varying time zones.

• Knowledgeable, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and achieving desired outcomes. -Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a consistent commitment to reliability and independent work.
