• KNOXVILLE, TN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Essential Functions Develop an organized marketing and sales approach to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets. Responsible for maintaining budgeted occupancy by both generating the number of qualified inquiries, referrals, personal community tours and then effectively closing the sale. Utilizing Autumn Care Management Companys sales methods to achieve targeted closing ratios. Receive and respond to all incoming calls for inquires. Follow-up with the inquires via phone calls, emails, cards/letters, mailings or digital meetings. Effectively tour prospect/family members to highlight the community and community offerings. Keep referral and prospect mailing lists. Identify, build and develop an effective network of community and professional sources for potential resident referrals and establish relationships that assure continued growth of the communities. Develop and maintain a model room for prospective residents to tour and feel like home. Conduct building walk-throughs to insure readiness for community tours and first impression standards. Meet with Director of Operations weekly to report census, admissions, discharges, transfers and deposits. Assist DON with all necessary paperwork and follow-up to ensure a smooth move-in process for each resident. Work closely with Life Enrichment to host networking events, family nights and themed resident parties.

Bachelors degree or equivalent field experience Two years experience of working in the long term care setting, sales background is preferred Ability to show sincere compassion towards older adults Understand Autumn Care Policy and Procedures and Employee Manual. Ability to effectively communicate Computer literate.
