Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Employer: Bambino Kitchen Ltd. Location: Bambino HQ Devery's Lane, Phibsboro Road, Dublin 7, D07 VX53 Salary: €36,605 p.a. Hours of work: 39 hours/week Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities across the central production unit and retail stores.

Perform routine inspections to identify faults, wear, and maintenance requirements. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out repairs to restore safe and efficient operation. Replace defective components and undertake minor mechanical and facility maintenance work as required. Support the installation, adjustment, testing and servicing of equipment and machinery.

Monitor equipment performance and report recurring faults or maintenance issues. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with health and safety procedures. Assist daily operations by ensuring facilities and equipment remain operational, safe and reliable.

Requirements

Previous experience carrying out maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities. Ability to identify faults and perform corrective maintenance activities. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace health and safety standards. Mechanical Engineering studies/training or relevant maintenance experience would be advantageous.
