Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and supervises hotel employees to ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, well-maintained, properly staffed, and ready for guest occupancy. This position monitors room readiness, cleanliness, and presentation while coordinating housekeeping activities, laundry services, and maintenance needs to support efficient hotel operations and an exceptional guest experience.

The Housekeeping Supervisor provides guidance and support to team members, helps maintain departmental standards, and works closely with other departments to address guest requests, resolve operational concerns, and ensure timely room availability. This role also supports effective communication and positive working relationships.
