Now delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB) are deployed with precision, on schedule, and aligned with ITIL best practices.

Required Skills:- 5+ years of formal project management experience directing technical IT infrastructure or enterprise software deployments.- Proven track record managing at least 2+ full-lifecycle Service. Now ITSM implementations or major platform upgrades.- Deep understanding of ITIL v3 / v4 frameworks and service delivery processes.

• Hands-on mastery of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Service. Now Agile Engine.- Strong experience leading multi-disciplinary teams consisting of developers, QA engineers, platform architects, and business analysts. Preferred Skills:- Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- ITSM).

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Scrum. Master (CSM).- Familiarity with adjacent Service. Now modules such as ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), ITAM, or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM).- Experience overseeing REST/SOAP API integrations between Service. Now and enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Workday, Azure AD, Monitoring/Telemetry stacks).
