What You'll Do

Greet patients, complete registration, and provide excellent customer service. Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and process payments. Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information. Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries. Support daily front-office operations to ensure an efficient patient experience.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service or medical front-office experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail. Ability to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Reliable transportation to travel between assigned clinic locations.
