• Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSPs as the single point of contact
- Drive partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence
- Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Risk) for issue resolution
- Track partner performance, analyse KPIs, and present business insights
- Ensure adherence to NBBL and RBI guidelines
