Senior Workday Configurator, Talent

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Workday Configurator, Talent based in United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced HR technology professional specializing in Workday Talent and Performance. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions that improve HR processes and the associate experience.

The role combines hands-on configuration, strategic consulting, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous platform optimization. You will serve as a functional expert across areas such as performance management, goals, feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, and skills. Working across HR, technology, IT, and business teams, you will help shape enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure solutions align with governance and technology standards.

The position offers significant autonomy and ownership as an independent contributor supporting a large, complex HR technology environment. You will also help evaluate emerging Workday capabilities and HR technology trends to improve efficiency, usability, and business outcomes.
