Leakage Technician

Position Overview

As a Leak Detection Operative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and locating water leaks within our network using a correlator device. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and sustainability of our water supply systems, helping to minimize water loss and ensure the delivery of reliable water services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Utilise state-of-the-art leak detection equipment to identify and locate water leaks in our network. Conduct surveys and inspections of water infrastructure to proactively identify potential issues. Record and report accurate data on leak locations, severity, and other relevant information. Work in accordance with health and safety guidelines to ensure personal and team well-being.

Qualifications

Previous experience in leak detection or a related field is desirable but not essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full driving licence.
