Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and exchanges. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and courteously to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and company policies to assist customers accurately.

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in using customer service software and standard office tools. Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
