Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager Some of your main duties responsibilities: You will collaborate in managing the industrials portfolio, helping to ensure product quality, consistent performance, and high standards across all products, while proactively addressing challenges. You engage directly with customers, holding technical discussions, monitoring performance, gathering insights, strengthening relationships, and translating complex technical information into clear, practical solutions.

You coordinate initiatives like ingredient reformulations and process optimizations, working closely with production, R D, and process teams to overcome challenges and deliver measurable business impact. You maintain brochures, flyers, and other communication tools, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with current market trends.

You design and deliver engaging training sessions, support onboarding, and make complex topics accessible and inspiring for colleagues. You manage key product data and specifications, keeping all technical documentation accurate and up to date. In this role, you report directly to the business manager.
