• Maternity Cover Own transport helpful due to site location Start date : Immediate start available About the Role TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station . In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – including public toilets and shower facilities . You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues. Shifts may include : 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, (Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)
