Job Summary

Pacific Charter Institute (PCI) is seeking an experienced internal candidate to serve as Interim Director I for Heritage Peak Charter School (HPCS). This position will provide leadership and oversight across multiple counties, supporting staff, students, and families while ensuring the academic success and social-emotional well-being of all students.

The Interim Director will oversee instructional programs, support teachers and staff, and ensure school operations remain aligned with the mission, vision, and goals of HPCS. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, student-centered leader who can provide stability, guidance, and strong instructional leadership during this transition.

Requirements

/ Qualifications

• Possession a valid California Teaching Credential preferred.
• Possession of a standard administrative credential preferred.
• Able to travel with reliable transportation to various locations to accomplish objectives of this role.
• Must participate in DMV Pull Program if required to drive a company vehicle.
• TB Clearance is required.
