Environmental Services Technician

Description Job Title : Environmental Services Technician Location : Monticello, Illinois Department : Environmental Services Position Type : Full Time Hours Per Week : FT-36 hours Schedule : M-F 3pm-10:30pm Weekend/Holiday Requirement : Occasional weekend coverage required Hourly Rate: $16.05-$18.43 *Compensation dependent on expirence # of Openings: 1 Kirby Medical Center is looking for a dependable, outgoing , detail-oriented indidvidual to clean Operating Room recovery patient rooms, GI procedure room and Surgery Discharge rooms from Med/Surg area to maintain infection prevention standards.

Skills: Basic Computer knowledge is a must. The ablity to to understand and follow written or oral instructions. Good time management- must be able to work effectively alone and prioritize daily tasks, meet deadlines without sacrificing quaility. Have a deep understanding of infection control, safe chemical handling and proper use of PPE.

Attention to detail- good eye for missed dust, streaks on glass and irregularities in a space's overall appearance.

Requirements

One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
