Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the performance of Desert Financial Credit Union’s owned digital channels, including the website, email, digital advertising, ATMs, digital signage, online banking, digital applications, and other member-facing digital experiences. This role contributes to the planning and execution of digital creative initiatives, helping ensure a consistent, user-friendly, and engaging experience across all digital touchpoints. The position blends creative craft with a digital-first, mobile-first, user-centered performance mindset, ensuring every asset and experience is on-brand, intuitive, and optimized for the channel it lives in. This is a hands-on role responsible for both design production and cross-functional collaboration.
