DevOps Engineer

We build systems that run at scale for some of the industry's most demanding clients. Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & Terraform) to join our team at Softlab360. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud systems for high performance and reliability, working closely with a senior engineering team and direct client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & IaC: Design, deploy, and maintain robust AWS infrastructure using Terraform for full automation. CI/CD Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, automated testing, and seamless deployment. Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune AWS resources for maximum performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards across all cloud environments. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in the DevOps domain. Proven AWS Expertise: Deep, practical experience with AWS services and enterprise cloud architecture. Infrastructure as Code: Strong proficiency in Terraform for automated provisioning and state management. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or Power.

Shell. CI/CD Tools: Strong experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code. Pipeline. Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Networking & Security: Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and scalability in AWS environments. Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and high proficiency in English for direct communication with international teams and clients.
