Job Title: Business Operations Associate Department/Division: Business Operations/Infrastructure Location: Columbia, SC or Atlanta, GA Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training Hiring Range: $36,000 - $46,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience) Commitment: One-Year Commitment to The Cason Group Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems.

As a Business Operations Associate, you will assist the Business Operations team with duties including data entry, payment calculations, and office support. What Our Business Operations Associates Do: Calculate and Enter Data: assist with computing accurate quarterly bonus calculations for employees and external constituents; assist with calculating monthly and bi-monthly commissions for external constituents Engage as a Team Player: serve as a liaison for remote office needs and support home office building projects; assist with reporting and projects as needed in a timely and accurate manner; maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, planning, and research matters What We Are Looking For: Bachelor�s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions; proficiency with Excel (specifically with formula/calculation functions High degree of customer service and office administration skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers Why You Should Work With Us: Excellent Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance options 401K Retirement Plan with company contribution Paid Time Off (vacation and holidays) Employee Assistance Program Charitable Matching and Paid Community Service Time
