Finance Business Partner

Working closely with department leaders, you will support data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial guidance and strategic support. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance, variances, and key trends to drive informed decision-making. Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for new programs, capital projects, and service expansions.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Support long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial policies, healthcare regulations, and risk management practices. Develop and Grow your Career! Position: Finance Business Partner- 40 hours/week- this is a hybrid role seeking real estate or facilities experience Shift: Day Shift Experience: Five years of experience in Finance required, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex industry. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration required.
