Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with their service needs
• Escort customers to the service lounge or designated waiting areas
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians regarding customer vehicles
• Manage customer flow in the service drive, ensuring timely and organized vehicle drop-offs and pickups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks related to service appointments as needed Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
